護持佛教僧伽醫療功德：若一念間具大慈心，布施醫藥、飲食、臥具，使令安樂。
僧寶是世間一切供養、布施、修福的無上福田。佛陀在律中亦言，欲供養佛，宜先供養病人。
《佛說布施經》中提到，供養三寶可得身相端莊、氣力增盛、壽命延長、成就辯才及快樂安穩等功德利益，而僧伽乃佛、法、僧三寶之一，供養僧伽醫療功德，更能消減病業罪障、長養菩提悲心、廣利佛法流佈、福庇子孫。
Merits of offering medical care for Sangha
If someone offer medicine, food, bedding with kind and compassion, he can get safe and peace. And Sutra mentioned, if someone offer Buddha, Dharma and Sangha, he can be beautiful, strength, long life, wisdom and spread these blessing to his children and grandchildren.
